Follow these simple steps to register:
1.Call 510-567-4847
2.When the system asks for your Access ID, enter your ID and then press the * key.
3.When the system asks for your Pin, enter your ID and then press the * key.
4.You will then be prompted to record your name and to create a new Pin *.
After you complete this process, please sign-in via the website SmartFind Express to complete the registry. For any questions or support, please email substitutes@efcps.net.
